It was an ok day. Water and green tea for the rest of the night.
I love fitspo… But hate when I see girls wearing Nike Pro spandex with Under Armor sports bras… I’m a snob I know, but keep your brands straight :o)
There’s less than a month left until my trip. How badly do I want this?
Really badly. FOCUS UP!!!
Yesterday was ok. Some carbs for lunch, but dinner was all protein.
Today’s lunch will be a slim fast… And maybe a diet Coke. I need to get better in tune with my body and what I need. I’ve probably lost 5 lbs since I last weighed, but that doesn’t matter much. I’m still 125 and not 103.
Run tonight after work.

Talent, It’s the audacity that others do not have.
(P.S reason #43314 why I love speaking French: I see pretty adverts like this, and I actually understand the words beyond the beauty of the language. :D Of course it would be a great L on my forehead if someone were to point out that I translated it wrongly. :O)
